Cant paddle but I can coach from the bank (throwline in hand ). See you at Glenmore at 10am. you will need your own gear very little spare kit at the mo.

Plan to work on forward paddling, reverse paddling, low brace turns,draw strokes, bow rudders and SUPPORT STROKES

can u do the same for me and vito on sun am
